You can get a non-resident library card for only $7, and use it to check out a Culture Pass for two free general admission tickets to popular attractions like the Phoenix Art Museum, Desert Botanical Garden, Heard Museum, and more! Passes are also available for attractions in Sedona, Flagstaff, and Tucson, such as the Arizona Sonora Desert Wildlife Museum.
